Oriflame Apricot & White Tea Hand & Nail Cream
I constantly face the problem of dry hands because I do give a hand at home for the household chores like cutting vegetables & keep washing my hands regularly, so soaps strip away the moisture from the hands.
I read somewhere that Water is the biggest culprit for dry hands especially in combination with soaps & detergents. Women should moisturize their hands immediately after washing them, to seal in the water that the skin has absorbed, helping prevent drying and chapping.
To protect your hands, wear rubber gloves with cotton liners. The liners keep your hands from sweating.
Otherwise, the sweat, just like water, dries out your skin.
So here is an article on the latest hand cream that I’m using.
What does Oriflame Claim about this hand cream: Moisturising cream with revitalising extracts, nail strengthening myrrh & vitamin E. Use Hand & Nail cream daily for soft, smooth hands & to help protect hands & nails throughout the day.

Oriflame Apricot White Tea Hand Nail Cream
White tea is a lightly oxidized tea grown and harvested almost exclusively in China, primarily in the Fujian province. The name “white tea” derives from the fine silvery-white hairs on the unopened buds of the tea plant, which gives the plant a whitish appearance.
Price: Regular price is Rs.298 for 150 ml; this was on an offer for Rs.195
Oriflame Apricot White Tea Hand Nail Cream
My Experience: I got this when the jumbo pack of the hand cream was on an offer. The cream comes in a 75ml as well as 150ml tubes; I got the 150 ml tube. The hand cream comes in an orange colored tube with a picture of apricots on it. The texture of the white colored cream is little runny, it gets absorbed very easily & doesn’t leave any oiliness. It has a quickly melting kind of texture with lot of moisture in it. The fragrance of the cream is fruity, smells like oranges to me. It just takes 3-4 minutes massage for the hand cream to get completely absorbed within the skin & cuticles. The moisture gets locked into the skin & lasts for many hours without leaving any greasiness & makes the skin look supple & soft. This cream melts & glides fast, so you need to massage it fast.
Pros of Oriflame Apricot & White Tea Hand & Nail Cream
  • The cream is light in texture, gets easily absorbed & doesn’t leave any greasiness.
  • Mild citrus fragrance which is not too-overpowering.
  • Comes in a 75ml travel friendly tube, can be easily carried in a bag.
  • Softens the cuticles too.
  • Working women, who have their own pedestal desk at work can keep this tube in it & every time they feel the need to apply the cream, can just massage for 2 minutes for instant nourishing effect.
  • A little goes a long way. This jumbo tube will at least last for 2 months.
  • Oriflame products are not tested on animals.
